El Consejo <strong>de</strong> Administración tiene <strong>la</strong>s siguientes funciones<br />
específicas:<br />
• Cumple y hace cumplir <strong>la</strong>s normas.<br />
• Acepta <strong>la</strong> renuncia <strong>de</strong> sus miembros.<br />
• Dirige <strong>la</strong> administración y supervisa a <strong>la</strong> Gerencia.<br />
• Elige y remueve al gerente y <strong>de</strong>más funcionarios.<br />
• Autoriza el otorgamiento <strong>de</strong> po<strong>de</strong>res.<br />
• Aprueba, reforma e interpreta los reg<strong>la</strong>mentos internos.<br />
• Fija los límites máximos <strong>de</strong> los gastos <strong>para</strong> <strong>la</strong>s<br />
remuneraciones fijas y eventuales.<br />
• Aprueba los documentos financieros<br />
• Otros que seña<strong>la</strong> expresamente <strong>la</strong> Ley.<br />
