A. ADMINISTRACIÓN <strong>DE</strong>L TALENTO HUMANO:<br />
Un aspecto importante en la calidad del servicio es el tema de<br />
la administración del talento humano, por ello la gerencia del<br />
establecimiento tiene algunas funciones a cumplir:<br />

Capacite y actualice periódicamente a todos sus colaboradores,<br />
en nuevas técnicas que se desarrollan para funciones específicas<br />
(en recepción, housekeeping, cafetería, atención y servicio al<br />
cliente, primeros auxilios, entre otros).<br />
