No member of staff or director should during, or
upon and after termination of employment with the
institution (except in the proper course of his duty
and or with the institution’s written consent)
divulge or make use of any secrets, copyright
material, or any correspondence, accounts of the
institution or its customers.
No employee or director shall in any way use
information so obtained for financial gain.
Business and financial information about any
customer may be used or made available to third
parties only with prior written consent of the
customer or in accordance with the arrangements
for the proper interchange of information between
institutions about credit risks, or when disclosure is
required by law.
Article 45: Fair and Equitable Treatment
All business dealing on behalf of the institution
with the current potential customers, with other
members of staff and with those who may have
cause to rely upon the institution, should be
conducted fairly and equitably.

Aucun membre du personnel ni aucun
administrateur ne doit, pendant qu’il est en
fonction ou après la cessation de ses fonctions
auprès de l’institution (hormis dans le cadre normal
de sa fonction et/ou avec le consentement écrit de
l’institution), divulguer ou exploiter tout secret,
document protégé par les droits d’auteur ou
quelque correspondance, compte de l’institution
ou de sa clientèle.
Aucun employé ou administrateur ne devra, de
quelque manière que ce soit, utiliser les
informations ainsi obtenues afin d’en tirer un profit
financier.
Les renseignements d’affaires et financières
concernant tout client ne peuvent être utilisées ou
fournis à de tierces parties qu’avec le consentement
préalable du client donné par écrit ou
conformément aux mécanismes d’échange régulier
d’informations entre les institutions sur les risques
de crédit et lorsque la divulgation de ces
informations est requise par la loi.
Article 45: Traitement juste et équitable
Toutes les transactions effectuées pour le compte
de l’institution avec la clientèle potentielle, avec
d’autres membres du personnel ou avec les
personnes et entités qui peuvent avoir un motif de
compter sur l’institution doivent être conduites de
façon juste et équitable.
