werden (Rundlaufgenauigkeit
l/l000mm) und keine Staubteile in die präzisen
Lager gelangen.

and bearing, so as to avoid any chance of
damaging these delicate parts, and make sure to
prevent dust particles from contaminating the
precision bearings. (Run out accuracy
0,001 mm / 0,4 thou).
Pour toute intervention ayant un rapport avec
I'axe de cabestan et les coussinets, prendre garde
de ne pas les endommager (mal-rond que
1/1000mm) et de veiller ä ne pas introduire
d'impurtös dans ces coussinets de pröcision.

Wickelmotor ausbauen (siehe Kap.
3.12.J.
Seegerring B geschliffen und Seegerring
C mit Seegerrinqzanqe öffnen (nicht mehr
öffnen als zum Abziehen erforderlich ist). Rotor
mit Welle nach untern ausfahren.
Die Höhenjustierung der Bremsrolle (Spulenteller)
erfolgt mit den Distanzscheiben D.
Beim Zusammenbau ist darauf zu achten,
dass diese Distanzscheiben wieder auf die
gleiche Wickel motorachse aufgelegt werden.
Der entfernte Seeqerrinq B soll nicht
mehr eingebaut werden, sondern an dessen Stelle
einen neuen Seegerring einsetzen. Die Kugellager
der Wickelmotoren dürfen nur gegen Original
lager ausgewechselt werden.
Remove spooling motor from recorder
(see section 3.1 2).
- Remove clips B and C. Pull rotor complete
with shaft towards bottom end of motor.
Correct height adjustment of the turntable is
achieved with spacers D. Make sure to use the
same number and thickness of spacers, when reassembling
the motor.
Do not re-insert the old spring clip D, use new
clip instead. Use only original replacement
parts, if the exchange of a ball bearing becomes
necessary.

Ouvrir le circlips poli B et C avec la
pince ad6quate (ne pas ouvrir plus que
ndcessaire pour Ie retirer) öter le rotor et l'axe
par le bas. Le rdglage de la hauteur du tambour
de frein (plateau de bobine) s'effectue ä l'aide
de l'entretoise D.
Au remontage veiller ä ce que les entretoises
soient remises sur leur moteurs respectifs. Le
circlips B retird au d6montage, nedoitplus6tre
utilies6. ll doit 6tre remplac6 par un circlips
neuf. Les roulements ä billes des moteurs de
bobinage ne doivent ötre remplacds que par des
roulements d'origine.

Alle Lager sind für ihre Lebensdauer geschmiert
und bedürten normalerweise keiner Wartung.
Beim Austausch einer Ton-Welle ist der obere
Filzring des Sinter Lagers durch einige Tropfen
lsoflex PDP 65 zu schmieren.
All bearings are lubricated for the lenght of
their useful life and do not require any servicing.
When replacing the capstan shaft, apply a few
drops of lsoflex PDP 65 to the felt ring on top
oI the lpper bronce bearing.
Tous les roulements sont lubrifiös ä vie et ne
nöc6ssitent normalement aucun service lors du
changement de l'axe de cabestan, imprögner la
rondelle feutre du coussinet de quelques gouttes
d'lsoflex PDP65.
