7.16 Interfaces forwheelchair and pushchairbasesThe set up and attachment of the Mygoseat to any mobility base should becompleted by a technically competentperson who is familiar with the set up ofthe mobility base.Interface “A” attachment to 16” widemobility baseThe universal interface has been designed toenable the Mygo Seat to be attached to anystandard 16” (405mm) wide mobility basethat has been constructed from 1” (25.4mm)side tubing.Please refer to specific assembly instructionssupplied with your interface for correctpositioning on your base.The Interface plate should be fitted by aqualified technician who is technicallycompetent in the set up of the mobility base.The position of push handles, leg hangers andarmrests on the mobility base may need to beadjusted depending on the size and weight ofthe child to ensure the stability of the seat.Always refer to the mobility basemanufacturer’s guide lines for correctset up, paying particular attention toproduct centre of gravity and stability.Users should not be left unattended atany time whilst using Leckey equipment.
