10.8 Adjusting theupper leg supportsThe upper leg supports will be set at theminimum position on arrival. Set the depthbefore placing the child in the seat.Fine adjustment is possible afterwards butis restricted by the user’s weight. To achievethe correct position measure the lengthfrom the child’s lower back to the back oftheir knee.For Size 1 adjust the supports to thedesired position using the locking lever (A)underneath the seat base. To adjust, pressthe locking button and release. Keep thesupports pointing straight forward at thistime unless wind sweeping or adduction,abduction must be accommodated, in whichcase set the angle accordingly using thelocking lever again.For Size 2, loosen the locking levers underthe seat and slide leg support to requiredposition. Keep the supports pointingstraight forward at this time unless windsweeping or adduction, abduction must beaccommodated, in which case set the angleaccordingly. Retighten bolt. To increase theangle further, remove bolt and move legangle to wider setting.
