ONTWERP VAN EEN ROBUUSTE DATALOGGER VOOR ELEKTRISCHE ENERGIE VOOR KLEINSCHALIGE HERNIEUWBARE ENERGIE- INSTALLATIES IN ONTWIKKELINGSLANDEN Mathieu DE ZUTTER, FAAC BENELUX, KBVE-PRIJS TECHNOLOGIE 2014 Samenvatting Humasol VZW heeft de voorbije jaren enkele kleinschalige hernieuwbare energieinstallaties, waaronder hydro-turbines, PV-installaties en windturbines met een vermogen van 2 tot 5 kW ontworpen en geplaatst in verschillende ontwikkelingslanden. Om deze installaties te kunnen onderhouden en uit te breiden, is er kwantitatieve feedback nodig bovenop de reeds beschikbare kwalitatieve feedback van de gemeenschappen. In het kader van deze masterproef werd daarom een datalogger ontworpen die gedurende minstens één jaar tijd elektrische grootheden (spanning, stroom, power factor, frequentie, …), de omgevingstemperatuur en relatieve vochtigheid meet en bijhoudt op een SD-kaart in de vorm van CSV-bestanden. Deze gegevens kunnen nadien worden uitgelezen en geanalyseerd in Excel of in het Java-programma REA (Renewable Energy Analyzer), dat voor deze masterproef werd geschreven. De ontworpen datalogger is robuust door te werken met gestandaardiseerde throughhole componenten en is voorzien van voldoende beveiligingen. Hij kan elektrische parameters loggen van systemen van 0 tot 5.5 kW. Humasol VZW a développé ces dernières années, quelques installations d’énergie renouvelable à petite échelle, avec notamment, des hydro-turbines, des installations photovoltaïques et éoliennes d’une puissance de 2 à 5 kW et les a placées dans plusieurs pays en voie de développement. Pour être en mesure d’entretenir et d’étendre ces installations, des informations quantitatives sont nécessaires en plus des évaluations qualitatives déjà disponibles en provenance des communautés. Résumé Dans le cadre de cette thèse de master, un enregistreur de données a été conçu pour mesurer et stocker pendant au moins un an, les données électriques (tension, courant, facteur de puissance, fréquence,...), la mesure de la température et l’humidité relative ambiante sur une carte SD sous la forme de fichiers CSV. Ces données peuvent ensuite être lues et analysées dans Excel ou dans le programme Java REA (analyseur d’énergie renouvelable), qui a été écrit pour ce mémoire. L’enregistreur de données conçu est robuste car il travaille avec des composants standardisés ‘through-hole’ et est pourvu de protections suffisantes.
