Le nouveau restaurant de la Grande Allée,<br />
le Belga, par la Brasserie Haacht, a souligné<br />
son ouverture officielle le mercredi 26 septembre<br />
dernier. Ris de veau popcorn, cuisse<br />
de lapin farcie, carbonade flamande et les<br />
fameuses frites belges font partie des incontournables<br />
créations du chef Guillaume Cyr.<br />
Dirigé par Philippe Linteau, le Belga propose<br />
un éventail de produits brassicoles en plus<br />
d’une sélection exclusive de produits de la<br />
Brasserie Haacht.<br />

The new restaurant of the Grande Allée, the<br />
Belga, by the Haacht Brewery, marked its official<br />
opening on Wednesday, September 26 th .<br />
Popcorn veal sweetbreads, stuffed rabbit leg,<br />
Flemish carbonade and the famous Belgian<br />
fries are some of chef Guillaume Cyr’s. Led by<br />
Philippe Linteau, the Belga offers a range of<br />
brewing products in addition to an exclusive<br />
selection of products from Haacht Brewery.<br />
