Last April, the entire restaurant team rushed to prepare for the arrival<br />
of spring, the finalization of the new menu and the 6 th edition of Invasion<br />
Cocktail ! From May 20 to 31, the event will feature 250 cocktails, prepared<br />
by the best bartenders in Québec, in 40 bars and partner restaurants. To<br />
get a taste of the summer season, Gwen Lucas has prepared a cocktail with<br />
violette liquor just for us!<br />
