InisiatifBusiness Improvement meliputi seluruh aktivitas Perseroanmulai dari perkebunan sampai ke operasi hilir (pabrikpenyulingan dan pemasaran) dan juga ke kantor pusat, yangdiproses melalui program <strong>SMART</strong> COIN (COrporateINtensification). Jumlah initisiatif perbaikan terusmenunjukkan momentumnya. Hal ini menunjukkantingginya semangat untuk perbaikan, yang disebut semangatFollow up until dONE (F1).Subsequent to problem identification and analysis, the processis continued by Business Improvement. Currently, BusinessImprovement initiatives have covered all of our activitiesfrom our plantations to our downstream operations (refineryand marketing) and to our head office processes under the<strong>SMART</strong> COIN (COrporate INtensification) program. Totalnumber of initiatives for improvements has been continuouslygaining momentum, a testament of how the organization hasembraced the improvements spirit known as Follow up untildONE (F1) spirit.Alat pembelajaran Perseroan juga menekankan padapembagian pengetahuan. Inti dari prinsip pembagianpengetahuan adalah pengembangan dari HumanStrategic Capital. Sejalan dengan perkembangan Perseroandan pengolahan kebudayaan Proses Terbaik (ProcessExcellence), keahlian manajemen menjadi faktor utamadalam pengembangan yang berkesinambungan. Dalamorganisasi kami, proses ini dikenal sebagai Intelijensia Bisnis(Business Intelligence).Program Business Intelligence pada Perseroan bertujuan untukmembagi, menerapkan dan menstandarisasikan praktekpraktekterbaik dalam industri kelapa sawit, melalui “ICON”(Integrated Conferences). Dalam program ini, diadakankonferensi-konferensi dan kompetisi mulai dari level regionalsampai level perkebunan. Setiap level akan diberi penghargaanbaik dalam bentuk moneter maupun non moneter, demimenciptakan lingkungan kompetisi yang sehat. Ide-ideterbaik yang muncul melalui ICON ini diinformasikan dandistandarisasi sebagai kebijakan dan selanjutnyadiimplementasikan dalam Perseroan.Proses transformasi yang berkelanjutan telah membantukami memperbaiki efektifitas dan efisiensi kerja. Hal ini dapatterlihat dari kinerja operasional dan finansial Perseroan. Kamiyakin bahwa upaya yang konsisten dan terus menerus dalammengembangkan penggerak strategi bisnis (manusia, sistemdan budaya) selama tujuh tahun terakhir ini, perlahan namunpasti menjadikan kami perusahaan kelapa sawit terintegrasiyang terbaik, terbesar dan menguntungkan di Indonesia.The Company’s learning engine also emphasizes on knowledgesharing. The heart of knowledge sharing principle is thedevelopment of Human Strategic Capital. As the Companycontinues to grow and cultivate the Process Excellenceculture, the management talent is the the key factor forsustainable development. In our organization, this processfalls under Business Intelligence.The Business Intelligence program in the Company aims toshare, implement and standardize good practices on thepalm industry through “ICON” (stands for “IntegratedConferences). Under this program, conferences andcompetitions are held from the regional up to plantationlevels. Either monetary or non-monetary prizes are awardedon each level, creating a healthy competitive environment.ICON’s best ideas are published and standardized as apolicy and further implemented throughout the Company.The continuing transformation process has helped us toimprove our effectiveness and efficiency.
