ETANERCEPT (Enbrel Enbrel®):<br />
è una prote<strong>in</strong>a chimerica, composta da 2 recettori p75 del<br />
TNF-alfa fusi con la porzione Fc di una molecola IgG1<br />
umana (analogo recettoriale).<br />
<strong>Le</strong>gandosi al TNF circolante (sia TNF-alfa TNF alfa che TNF-<br />
beta), l’etanercept l etanercept ne impedisce il legame con i<br />
recettori di membrana, membrana prevenendone di conseguenza gli<br />
effetti pro-<strong>in</strong>fiammatori.<br />
