AGENTI BIOLOGICI ANTI IL-1 IL 1<br />
A partire dal 2003 si è osservata l’efficacia dei farmaci anti IL-1<br />
1. ANAKINRA (k<strong>in</strong>eret k<strong>in</strong>eret®):<br />
E’ un antagonosta ricomb<strong>in</strong>ante dell’IL-1 (sia IL-1alfa che 1beta)<br />
Somm<strong>in</strong>istrazione sottocutanea giornaliera (dose 1 mg/kg/die, max 100 mg)<br />
2. RINOLACEPT (Arcalyst Arcalyst®):<br />
E’ un antagonosta ricomb<strong>in</strong>ante dell’IL-1 (sia IL-1alfa che -1beta)<br />
Somm<strong>in</strong>istrazione approvata nelle CAPS sopra i 12 anni.<br />
Prima dose 4.4 mg/kg, poi 2.2 mg/kg alla settima (160 mg nell’adulto)
