Nei seguenti casi è necessario prevedere<br />

il pre-riscaldamento dell’olio attraverso<br />

un’opportuna resistenza elettrica (variante<br />

opzionale HE):<br />

• funzionamento a temperature inferiori<br />

a 0°C<br />

• avviamento di riduttori lubrifi<strong>cat</strong>i ad<br />

immersione e sbattimento qualora la<br />

temperatura ambiente minima non sia<br />

superiore di almeno 10°C al punto di<br />

scorrimento dell’olio<br />

• avviamento di riduttori con dispositivi di<br />

lubrificazione forzata (varianti OP1, OP2,<br />

MOP), quando la viscosità dell’olio è superiore<br />

a 1800 cst. In funzione del lubrificante<br />

utilizzato questo valore si riscontra<br />

indi<strong>cat</strong>ivamente a temperature ambiente<br />

comprese fra 10°C e 20°C.<br />

Lubricant must be pre-heated through<br />

the appropriate electric resistance (HE<br />

option) in the following cases:<br />

• operation at ambient temperatures<br />

lower than 0°C<br />

• operation of gear units lubri<strong>cat</strong>ed by<br />

oil immersion and splashing when the<br />

minimum ambient temperature exceeds<br />

the pour point of lubricant by<br />

less than 10°C<br />

• Upon starting up gear units with<br />

forced lubri<strong>cat</strong>ion systems (options<br />

OP1, OP2 or MOP) if the oil viscosity<br />

exceeds 1800 cst. Depending of the<br />

type of lubricant used, this value may<br />

be produced with ambient temperatures<br />

between 10°C and 20°C approx.<br />

In folgenden Fällen muss das Öl mit einem<br />

geeigneten elektrischen Heizwiderstand<br />

(optionale Variante HE) vorgewärmt<br />

werden:<br />

• Betrieb bei Temperaturen unter 0°C<br />

• Anfahren von Getrieben mit Tauch- und<br />

Ölspritzschmierung, wenn die niedrigste<br />

Umgebungstemperatur mehr als 10°<br />

unter dem Fließpunkt des Öls liegt<br />

• Anfahren von Getrieben mit Zwangsschmierung<br />

(Varianten OP1, OP2,<br />

MOP), wenn die Viskosität des Öls<br />

über 1800 cSt liegt. Je nach verwendetem<br />

Schmiermittel tritt dieser Wert ungefähr<br />

bei Umgebungstemperaturen<br />

zwischen 10°C und 20°C auf.<br />
