AC - Attestato di conformità<br />
Documento il cui rilascio attesta la conformità<br />
del prodotto all’ordinativo e la costruzione<br />
dello stesso in conformità alle<br />
procedure standard di processo e di<br />
controllo previste dal sistema di Qualità<br />
Bonfiglioli Riduttori.<br />
CC - Certifi<strong>cat</strong>o di collaudo<br />
La specifica comporta la conduzione di<br />
verifiche di conformità all’ordine, controlli<br />
visivi generali e verifiche strumentali delle<br />
dimensioni di accoppiamento. Sono<br />
inoltre condotti controlli generali di funzionamento<br />
a vuoto e verifiche della funzionalità<br />
delle guarnizioni di tenuta in<br />
modalità statica e in funzionamento. Il<br />
collaudo si applica ad un campione statistico<br />
del lotto di spedizione.<br />
3.6.9 - CERTIFICATES<br />
AC - Certifi<strong>cat</strong>e of compliance<br />
The document certifies the compliance<br />
of the product with the purchase order<br />
and the construction in conformity with<br />
the applicable procedures of the<br />
Bonfiglioli Quality System.<br />
CC - Inspection certifi<strong>cat</strong>e<br />
The document entails checking on order<br />
compliance, the visual inspection of external<br />
conditions and of mating dimensions.<br />
Checking on main functional parameters<br />
in unloaded conditions is also<br />
performed along with oil seal proofing,<br />
both in static and in running conditions.<br />
Units inspected are sampled within the<br />
shipping batch and marked individually.<br />
3.6.9 - NACHWEISE<br />
AC - Konformitätsbescheinigung Dokument<br />
mit dessen Ausstellung die<br />
Konformität des Produkts mit dem Auftrag,<br />
und dessen Konstruktion in Konformität<br />
mit den vom Qualitätsmanagementsystem<br />
von Bonfiglioli Riduttori vorgesehenen<br />
Standardfertigungs- und<br />
-kontrollverfahren bescheinigt wird.<br />
CC – Prüfzeugnis<br />
Die Bestellung führt zur Durchführung von<br />
Kontrollen der Konformität mit dem Auftrag,<br />
allgemeinen Sichtkontrollen und instrumentalen<br />
Prüfungen der Passmaße. Des Weiteren<br />
werden allgemeine Betriebskontrollen<br />
bei Leerlauf sowie Prüfungen der Funktionalität<br />
der Dichtungen bei Stillstand und<br />
während des Betriebs durchgeführt. Die<br />
Prüfung wird anhand einer Stichprobe des<br />
Versandloses durchgeführt.<br />

Oltre alle attività competenti al Certifi<strong>cat</strong>o<br />
di collaudo si aggiungono controlli<br />
funzionali specifici relativi a:<br />
• controllo rumorosità<br />
• temperatura superficiale a regime<br />
• verifica della coppia di serraggio viteria<br />
esterna<br />
• funzionalità eventuali organi accessori<br />
Tutte le attività sono condotte con funzionamento<br />
a vuoto del riduttore. Il collaudo<br />
si applica ad un campione statistico<br />
del lotto di spedizione.<br />
CT - Type certifi<strong>cat</strong>e<br />
Further to the activities relevant to the<br />
Inspection certifi<strong>cat</strong>e the following<br />
checks are also conducted:<br />
• noise<br />
• surface temperature<br />
• tightness of external hardware<br />
• functionality of ancillary devices, if fitted<br />
All checks are conducted with the gear<br />
unit running unloaded. Units inspected<br />
are sampled within the shipping batch<br />
and marked individually.<br />
CT – Baumusterzeugnis<br />
Zu den Tätigkeiten, die unter das Prüfzeugnis<br />
fallen, kommen spezifische<br />
Funktionskontrollen in Bezug auf:<br />
• Geräuschentwicklung<br />
• Oberflächentemperatur bei Betriebsdrehzahl<br />
• Prüfung des Anzugsmoments der äußeren<br />
Schrauben<br />
• Funktionalität eventueller zusätzlicher<br />
Organe<br />
Alle Vorgänge werden bei Leerlauf des<br />
Getriebes durchgeführt. Die Prüfung<br />
wird anhand einer Stichprobe des Versandloses<br />
durchgeführt.<br />
