Gli utenti ed i gruppi che sono già definiti in LDAP per altri scopi non sonoutilizzati da <strong>Host</strong> <strong>On</strong>-<strong>Demand</strong>. Gli utenti ed i gruppi per <strong>Host</strong> <strong>On</strong>-<strong>Demand</strong>devono essere definiti separatamente migrando le informazioni sulla<strong>configurazione</strong> dall’archivio <strong>di</strong> dati privato oppure impostando gli utenti ed igruppi in <strong>Host</strong> <strong>On</strong>-<strong>Demand</strong> dopo avere abilitato LDAP.Se si sta utilizzando il server LDAP IBM sulle piattaforme Windows e AIX, e sista creando un notevole numero <strong>di</strong> utenti, accertarsi che DB2 sia configurato conil valore appropriato per APP_CTL_HEAP_SZ. Anche se il valore per questavariabile <strong>di</strong>pende dalle singole installazioni, l’impostazione <strong>di</strong>APP_CTL_HEAP_SZ su 512 è un buon valore <strong>di</strong> partenza.Per configurare le <strong>di</strong>mensioni heap <strong>di</strong> DB2 in un ambiente Windows o AIX,immettere questi coman<strong>di</strong>:1. set DB2INSTANCE=ldapdb22. db2 connect to ldapdb23. db2 update db cfg for ldapdb2 using APP_CTL_HEAP_SZ 5124. db2 force application all5. db2 terminate6. db2stop7. db2startAccertarsi inoltre che STMTHEAP sia grande abbastanza. La <strong>di</strong>mensione perquesti parametri <strong>di</strong>pende esclusivamente dalle configurazioni cliente in<strong>di</strong>viduali edal numero <strong>di</strong> utenti <strong>di</strong> <strong>Host</strong> <strong>On</strong>-<strong>Demand</strong> <strong>di</strong> cui si sta eseguendo la migrazione aLDAP.Installazione delle estensioni <strong>di</strong> schemaLe estensioni <strong>di</strong> <strong>Host</strong> <strong>On</strong>-<strong>Demand</strong> allo schema <strong>di</strong> <strong>di</strong>rectory LDAP sono fornite in<strong>di</strong>versi file che si trovano nella sotto<strong>di</strong>rectory LDAP della <strong>di</strong>rectory <strong>di</strong>pubblicazione (ad esempio <strong>di</strong>rectory_<strong>di</strong>_<strong>installazione</strong>\HOD\ldap, dove<strong>di</strong>rectory_<strong>di</strong>_<strong>installazione</strong> è la <strong>di</strong>rectory <strong>di</strong> <strong>installazione</strong> <strong>di</strong> <strong>Host</strong> <strong>On</strong>-<strong>Demand</strong>). Questifile contengono le estensioni per lo schema LDAP e sono memorizzati nel formatoslapd standard. Le estensioni <strong>di</strong> schema devono avere vali<strong>di</strong>tà prima che <strong>Host</strong><strong>On</strong>-<strong>Demand</strong> possa memorizzare le informazioni sulla <strong>configurazione</strong> in un serverLDAP. Contattare il responsabile LDAP per installare queste estensioni <strong>di</strong> schema.Consultare la Program Directory per istruzioni sull’<strong>installazione</strong> delle estensioni <strong>di</strong>schema per zSeries.E’ possibile che il responsabile LDAP abbia già installato queste estensioni <strong>di</strong>schema per l’uso da parte <strong>di</strong> un altro prodotto IBM. In questo caso, saltare questopasso. Se si sta utilizzando l’IBM Directory Server Versione 3.1.1 o successive, loschema è preinstallato, quin<strong>di</strong> è possibile saltare anche questi passi.Per installare le estensioni <strong>di</strong> schema <strong>Host</strong> <strong>On</strong>-<strong>Demand</strong> su un server NetscapeLDAP Directory:1. Copiare i seguenti file slapd dalla <strong>di</strong>rectory /ldap alla <strong>di</strong>rectory <strong>di</strong> <strong>configurazione</strong> LDAP <strong>di</strong> Netscape sulserver LDAP:Netscape.IBM.atNetscape.IBM.oc2.
