Assumendo questi valori per tutta la popolazione italiana di 6-11, si stima cheun milione e centomila bambini sono in condizione di eccesso ponderale.Emergono, inoltre, una notevole variabilità delle stime di prevalenza su base regionale, convalori più alti al sud, e una forte associazione tra stato ponderale e livello di istruzione dellamadre, meritevoli di ulteriori approfondimenti.Bibliografia1.
