recently, a number of information and communication technology service providers<br />

offer various solutions to educational institutions to minimize the costs of information and<br />

communication technology infrastructure, the communities in the most recent virtual communication<br />

and collaboration tools of Web 2.0 space. using these solutions, training by email<br />

communication and collaboration tools are uploaded to the service provider’s servers,<br />

without charge, and educational institutions of all these resources are obtained through the<br />

internet, through a common browser program. these solutions include the most important<br />

modern communication and collaboration tools to replace the existing e-mail and digital<br />

content storage infrastructure, bringing together online virtual school community. the article<br />

examines the means to more effective school process, allowing for greater deployment<br />

of free tools for teaching.
