No tocante ao ICMS Socioambiental, foram incluí<strong>da</strong>s novas áreas <strong>de</strong> UCs; levanta<strong>do</strong>s os diplomas legais<br />
nos âmbitos municipal, estadual e fe<strong>de</strong>ral; elabora<strong>do</strong> informativo para Secretaria <strong>da</strong> Fazen<strong>da</strong> quan<strong>do</strong> no<br />
repasse <strong>do</strong> ICMS; confecciona<strong>da</strong> a Planilha <strong>do</strong> Índice <strong>de</strong> Conservação <strong>da</strong> Biodiversi<strong>da</strong><strong>de</strong> <strong>do</strong> Município -<br />
ICBM;<br />
Participação na Câmara Técnica <strong>de</strong> Compensação Ambiental e atendimento a termos <strong>de</strong> compromissos<br />

Área <strong>de</strong> Proteção Ambiental (APA) <strong>de</strong> Gua<strong>da</strong>lupe<br />
A <strong>CPRH</strong> é responsável pela administração <strong>da</strong> Área <strong>de</strong> Proteção Ambiental <strong>de</strong> Gua<strong>da</strong>lupe, que abrange os<br />
municípios <strong>de</strong> Sirinhaém, Rio Formoso, Barreiros e Taman<strong>da</strong>ré. Neste último município está localiza<strong>da</strong> a se<strong>de</strong> <strong>da</strong><br />
APA, on<strong>de</strong> servi<strong>do</strong>res <strong>da</strong> <strong>CPRH</strong> promovem ações <strong>de</strong> educação ambiental, atendimento a turistas, veranistas e<br />
comuni<strong>da</strong><strong>de</strong> local, e ativi<strong>da</strong><strong>de</strong>s temáticas como a Semana <strong>da</strong> Mata Atlântica, Semana <strong>da</strong> Praia Limpa e Semana<br />
<strong>do</strong> Meio Ambiente.<br />
Gestores ambientais, professores e socie<strong>da</strong><strong>de</strong> civil participam <strong>de</strong> oficina sobre plano <strong>de</strong> manejo na APA <strong>de</strong> Gua<strong>da</strong>lupe, <strong>2010</strong>.<br />
