Dieta enteral enriquecida com óleo de peixe, óleo de borragem, vitaminas<br />

antioxidantes<br />

• Sugestão: pode-se utilizar formulações enterais com perfil lipídico anti-inflamatório<br />

e com antioxidantes para pacientes em VM com SARA 1,3,18,19,20,21 . Doses<br />

elevadas de ômega 3 devem ser evitadas para aqueles pacientes que apresentam<br />

distúrbios de coagulação 1,3,18,19,20,21<br />

Reposição de fósforo<br />

• Sugestão: pode-se repor o déficit de fósforo em pacientes sob VM. Esta consideração<br />

se justifica pela associação entre hipofosfatemia e falência da Retirada VM 22 .<br />
