START-UP NOVA MÁQUINA
TISSUE DAMAPEL
No início de junho a DAMAPEL deu
partida em sua nova máquina de
papel Tissue, a MP#4. O start-up que
aconteceu em 01 de junho foi um
sucesso e a máquina está produzindo
papel de alta qualidade. A MP#4
irá fabricar papéis higiênicos, toalhas, guardanapos e
lenços, com gramatura de 13 a 40g/m². É um projeto
marcado pela elevada eficiência de secagem e baixo
consumo de energia, alinhando alta produtividade
e sustentabilidade, que apenas os cilindros da linha
Smart Yankee Dryer, da HERGEN proporcionam.
A MÁQUINA
Modelo EVO 16 eco, fornecida pela HERGEN, foi
concebida com conceito Crescent Former HCF-1225,
Prensa de Sucção Ø 1.200 mm e Cilindro Yankee
ranhurado Ø 4.880 mm (16’) construído em Aço. A
Enroladeira hidráulica produz bobinas com Ø 2.500
mm e é equipada com sacador de estangas, repositor
de tubetes e sistema recolhedor de estangas para
magazine.

n early June, DAMAPEL started up its new tissue
paper machine, MP#4. The start-up on June 1
was a success, and the machine is producing
high-quality paper. The MP#4 machine will
manufacture sanitary paper, towels, napkins, and
facial tissues with a grammage between 13 and 40 g/
m². It is a project marked by high drying efficiency and
low energy consumption, aligning high productivity and
sustainability, which only the HERGEN Smart Yankee
Dryer line cylinders can provide.
THE MACHINE
The tissue machine, HERGEN’s model EVO 16 eco,
was designed using the Crescent Former HCF-1225
concept, 1,200 mm diameter Suction Press, and 4,880
mm (16’) diameter Grooved Yankee Cylinder constructed
