The multinational French capital SNF, global leader
in chemical specialties, announced the investment of
R$30 million in the unit of Piracicaba situated in the
Uninorte Industrial District, an area with 10,000 m².
The start of the new operation is scheduled for this year
and, initially, 40 new jobs will be created.

of tax on Services of Any Nature (ISSQN) to companies
providing outsourced services, responsible for building
the company to be implemented in the municipality;
partial exemption of tax on Services of Any Nature to
companies providing outsourced services, responsible for
the industrial installation and assembly of the company
to be implemented in the municipality; partial
exemption of tax on Services of Any Nature, as long as
they dedicate themselves, as a priority, to the research
and development of new technologies.
There is still, municipal legislation for granting
tax benefits to companies interested in expanding its
activities, construction of new units or expansion of
existing units, in addition to the donation of areas for
the installation of companies.
