Efforts to make the City of Piracicaba more developed
are advancing and the results are already visible.
The municipality offers a solid economy, with
emphasis on agribusiness, industry, business, services,
high quality of life and great growth opportunities.
The city presents a diverse economy and a lower cost
of living in relation to the big metropolis, which attracts
national and multinational companies. Piracicaba
stands out for its strong economic growth,
organised infrastructure and historical and cultural
preservation; guaranteeing a favourable scenario for
new businesses.
Over the years, many companies are looking for the
municipality due to its strategic location, excellente
road network and vigorous economy. The quality
of life completes a list of benefits. Piracicaba is the
fourth best city to live in Brazil, with emphasis on
the high indexes in education and economic development.
To make Piracicaba increasingly more modern and
attractive, public and private investments grow at
many different levels to meet the demands of companies,
industries and farmers; attracting new job
opportunities, generating income and increasing the
well-being of its citizens. The watchful eye of the economic
development team manifests directly in the
organized and sustainable planning of the municipality.

Jose Luiz Guidotti Junior
Former Municipal Director for the Economic Development,
Labour and Tourism Department (SEMDETTUR), with
Bachelor of Laws at the Metodista University of Piracicaba and
MBA in Real Estate Developments at Fundacao Getulio Vargas
and Graduate Degree in Real Estate Development by Secovi/SP.
He was the President of the Società Italiana de Mútuo Soccorso
2007 to 2009. Vice-President of the Rehabilitation Centre of
Piracicaba 2015/2016. President of the Rehabilitation Centre
of Piracicaba 2017/2020. Entrepreneur for 30 years in the
construction sector and for 10 years in real estate development.
피라시카바의 지역발전 노력은 끊임없이 진전하여
그 결과가 눈에 띄는 수준에 도달하였습니다. 농기업,
