Moldovei. Ştiinţele Vieţii. 2008, Nr. 3 (306), p. 101-107.
The small rivers of the Republic of Moldova are under different grade of anthropic factors’
in uence. In this work there has been revealed qualitative and quantitative ichthyofauna structure
in small rivers and their comparative aspects, transformation level of sh communities, also,
was made the evaluation of the ichthyocenoses ecological status. Bibl. – 5, tab. –2, g. – 2.
ENTOMOFAUNA (COLLEMBOLA, COLEOPTERA, HYMENOPTERA, LEPIDOPTERA)
OF THE RIVERINE ZONES OF THE LOWER DNIESTER RIVER IN THE REPUBLIC
OF MOLDOVA. Galina Buşmachiu, Livia Calestru, Svetlana Bacal, Mariana Gîrneţ.//
The biotopical and biogeographical distributions of 123 species of insects from four orders
Collembola, Coleoptera, Hymenoptera and Lepidoptera along the bank of the Lower Dnester
River from the Republic of Moldova was studied. Species of the palearctic, cosmopolitan,
transpalearctic, european and holarctic distributions predominate in faunistic complex of
insects. Species of the west-palearctic, euro-asiatic, euro-siberian, euro-mediterranean and
mediterranean distributions are present in the region also.
PRESENT STATUS OF ICHTHYOFAUNA IN THE RIVER BYK. Denis Bulat //
Buletinul Academiei de Ştiinţe a Moldovei. Ştiinţele Vieţii. 2008, Nr. 3 (306), p. 114-118.
The aim of this research was assessment of the ichthyocenoses in the Byk river, specifying
qualitative and quantitative structure straightly depending on abiotic factors.
ANTIOXIDANT AND ANTIRADICAL ACTIVITY OF SPIRULINA’S EXTRACTS.
Ludmila Rudi, Liliana Cepoi, Angela Cojocari, Vera Miscu, Valeriu Rudic.//Buletinul Academiei
de Ştiinţe a Moldovei. Ştiinţele Vieţii. 2008, Nr. 3 (306), p. 119-127.
A testing the optimal extraction antioxidant ingredient from Spirulina platensis biomass,
using an alcohol-water binary solvent and time factor has been carried out. As a result, the
optimal solvents for the extraction of phenols and antioxidation ingredients were predicted
as 50%, 65% and 75% alcohol-water solvent. Time occurred to be a major contributor to the
antioxidant capacities of extracts. A phenolic compound had a minimal in uence upon the
antioxidant capacities of spirulina.
THE SURVIVAL AND STORAGE STABILITY OF THE MICROMYCETES Sirbu
T., Codreanu S., Slanina V.//Buletinul Academiei de Ştiinţe a Moldovei. Ştiinţele Vieţii. 2008,
Nr. 3 (306), p. 128-133.
There have been studied the survival and stability of the freeze-dried micromycetes
Aspergillus niger 412 CNMN FD-01, Rhizopus arrhizus F67 CNMN FD-03, Aspergillus avus,
Aspergillus alliaceus after three years of storage. The obtained results allow the conclusion that the
cell survival of micromycetes of genus Rhizopus, Aspergillus is high. The maintaining of the
lipase activity of the strains Aspergillus niger 412 CNMN FD-01 and Rhizopus arrhizus F67
CNMN FD-03 and antimicrobial activity of Aspergillus avus demonstrate that lyophilization
is an adequate method for micromycetes storage.
