Results and discussions
In total 85 species of plant parasitic nematodes belonging to 29 genera, 13 families,
4 suborders and 3 orders: Tylenchida, Dorylaimida and Triplonchida were revealed in
the studied vineyards, orchards and berry plantations. The largest number of species
were noted from families Tylenchidae (16 species), Longidoridae (13) followed (in
descending family) Hoplolaimidae (10), Pratylenchidae (9), Criconematidae (8),
Paratylenchidae (8), Anguinidae (7), Telotylenchidae (6), Nordiidae (3), Psilenchidae
(3), Triplonchidae, Neotylenchidae and Ecphyadophoridae are presented only by one
species. The considerable number of species noted genera Xiphinema (9 species),
Pratylenchus (9), Paratylenchus (8), Helicotylenchus (7) and Ditylenchus (5) including
the most dangerous species of plant parasitic nematodes for the multiannual crops.
In the studied agricultural plantations such as grapes have been revealed 58 species
of plant parasitic nematodes, apple – 51, peach – 37, black currant – 28, raspberry – 26,
gooseberry – 21 and strawberry – 39 (see „List of plant parasitic species of nematodes
from different types of agricultural plantations in R. Moldova”). Eleven species were
common for all studied agricultural plantations such as Tylenchus davainei, Aglenchus
agricola, Filenchus liformis, Ditylenchus dipsaci, Helicotylenchus multicinctus, H.
vulgaris, Rotylenchus agnetis, Pratylenchus pratensis, Longidorella parva, Xiphinema
pachtaicum and X. rivesi.
