THE FREE AMINO-ACIDS SPECTRUM FROM THE SOIL OF FODDER CROPS.
Nina Frunze.// Buletinul Academiei de Ştiinţe a Moldovei. Ştiinţele vieţii. 2008, n 3(306), p.
134-138.
The new data obtained about the pool of the free amino acids: composition and quantity
of the typical representatives. In the plugging chernozem of the fodder crops of the Moldova
was identi ed 18 amino acids. The pool of amino acid compile from 139,7-219,8 mg/100 g soil
amino acids drought soil was established. For this type of soil is characteristic to predominate the
asparagines 12,30-16,52%, glutamic acid 11,15-14,00%, alanine 6,74-13,98% and glicine 8,23-
13,74%. Was revealed that the quantity and composition of the amino acid pool of investigated
chernozem (black earth) was dramatically changed in dependence of the ecological state and
composition of the medium where it was formed. A good correlation between the quantity of
the free amino acids and quantity of the organic matter in the soil was showed.
ESTABLISHMENT OF OPTIMAL PARAMETERS OF PECTOLYTIC
ENZYMATIC COMPLEX RECUPERATION FROM CULTURE FILTRATE OF
STRAIN PENICILLIUM VIRIDE CNMN FD 04 P. Steliana Clapco, Alexandra Ciloci, Jana
Tiurin, Svetlana Labliuc, Maria Stratan.// Buletinul Academiei de Ştiinţe a Moldovei. Ştiinţele
Vieţii. 2008, Nr. 3 (306), p. 138-145.
The investigation showed that optimal parameters of pectolytic enzymatic complex
sedimentation from culture ltrate of strain Penicillium viride CNMN FD 04 P are the following:
proportion of culture ltrate : ethyl alcohol – 1:3; pH value – 3,0; temperature - 5 0 C; duration of
contact culture ltrate : alcohol – 1 h; presence of CaCl 2 in concentration 0,1%.
USE OF MODERN GEOINFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES FOR SUPERFICIAL
WATERS QUALITY CONTROL. T. Constantinov, A. Cousine, E. Makarovski, O. Melnichuk,
N. Boboc, G. Syrodoev. // Buletinul Academiei de Ştiinţe a Moldovei. Ştiinţele Vieţii. 2008, Nr.
3 (306), p. 145-153.
The paper is about improving the system of super cial waters quality control by using
modern technologies of processing and re ecting information on condition of water facilities.
Necessary information and legal framework related to water quality and utilization is analyzed.
There is a description of the developed information-analytical system which includes database
of conventional-permanent and variable information.
THE FLOWS OF MINERAL IONS AND HEAVY METALS ON SOIL THROUGH
WATER PRECIPITATIONS. Raisa Lozan, A.Tarita, Maria Sandu. //Buletinul Academiei de
Ştiinţe a Moldovei. Ştiinţele Vieţii. 2008, Nr. 3 (306), p. 153-159.
This paper presents summary results on the physical and chemical properties of water from
precipitations, regularities forming of their chemical composition; estimates of annual and
regular ows of ions and mineral microconstituents (heavy metals) from water of precipitations
fallen during 2007. The water from atmospheric precipitations was observed by a monitoring
network, consists of 3 xed control points (Hincesti, Leova and Recea-Rascani), by analyzing
