POPULATIONS. Fulga N., Toderas I., Railian N., Usatîi Аd., Rusu V., Кроитору И., Чебану
А. // Buletinul Academiei de Ştiinţe a Moldovei. Ştiinţele vieţii. 2011. No 2 (314), p.140-145.
Morphofunctional studies of gonads in sexually mature Rutilus rutilus heckeli females from
different populations have been accomplished during the period of an annual cycle. Differences
have been revealed in spawning periods and the duration of certain oocyte development phases
in the shes that inhabit under various ecological conditions. Degenerative changes in the
oocyte development have been found in the nal phase of trophoplasmatic growth at unstable
water temperatures during the pre-spawning period in the females from the Dubasari reservoir.
Destructions in the oocyte structure were observed during the period of intense vitellogenesis in
the females of the lower Dniester.
PRODUCTIVITY AND IRON AND CHROMIUM
ACCUMULATION CAPACITY OF THE BIOMASS CULTIVATED IN THE
PRESENCE OF THE COORDINATIVE Fe(III) AND Cr(III) COMPOUNDS. Elenciuc
Spirulina productivity and iron and chromium accumulation in the spirulina biomass
cultivated in the presence of the coordinative Fe(III) and Cr(III) compounds have been studied.
Iron and chromium bioaccumulation depends on the nature of ligands and the compound
concentrations. [Fe ZnO(α-fur) (THF) ] and [Fe MnO(α-fur) (THF) ] are the most favorable
THE ACTION OF SPIRULINA PLATENSIS SULFATATE POLYSACCHARIDES
ON SOME BIOCHEMICAL INDICATORS OF PERIPHERAL BLOOD IN A
PHYSIOLOGICAL NORM AND AT ASEPTIC INFLAMMATION. Ştîrba Olga, Tagadiuc
Olga, Rudic Valeriu, Gudumac Valentin, Procopişin Larisa, Andronache Lilia. // Buletinul
Academiei de Ştiinţe a Moldovei. Ştiinţele vieţii. 2011. No 2 (314), p.152-158.
Spirulina platensis PSS has been established to activate catabolic processes in normal
physiological conditions due to the reduction of the serum protein level and a signi cant
decrease in the level of serum glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, and nucleotide-like
substances. A statistically signi cant reduction in the total antioxidant activity values (AAT)
of the polar compound and their decrease for the nonpolar component are observed. PSS has a
hypocholesterolemic effect in the rats with induced aseptic in ammation. The NO level reaches
the control values; the ceruloplasmin level and the antioxidant activity of the polar components
and carnosine increase. This modulation of the antioxidant system activity is signi cant to
inhibit in ammation development.
