The paper presents a new theoretical model of the organic soil formation process. The<br />

model proposes a new concept concerning processes of the multifunctional role of soil organic<br />

matter in productivity restoration during soil exploitation. The paper shows the results of a<br />

numerical experiment proposing the conditions of soil exploitation that can facilitate to restore<br />

its fertility.<br />
