In the ledger are court rulings and decisions, each leaf with a<br />
separate court ruling and signatures of the rabbis and rabbinical<br />
judges. Most of the court rulings have torn signatures as is the<br />
custom of a rabbinical court once the court ruling has been<br />
carried out.<br />
