Novellae on the first volume of Maimonides’ Mishne Torah (the
b ook of Madah). Revised edition. F irst printing. The author
was a great sage who was known in the Jewish world by the
name “The Rogotshover.”

Responsa on the four parts of Shulchan Aruch. With two title
p ages. Pages 27 – 32: Kuntres D’rishat Tzion VeYerushalaim,
opposing R’ Zvi Hersh Kalisher who in his book, Emunah
Yeshara, suggests that sacrifices should be offered in our era.
P ages 27 – 43: Novellae on the subject of Shvi’it, opposing
the leniency of selling Jewish land to a non-Jew in the
s eventh year. W ith the stamps of R’ Shlomo Sofer the son of
t he “K’tav Sofer”, Rabbi of Bergsaz who published the books
Iggrot Sofrim and Chut HaMeshulash.
