Für jede angefangene Stunde nach 21.00 Uhr wird eine
Kostenpauschale von € 3,–/m 2 , jedoch maximal €
1.000,– zzgl. MwSt. von der DMAG in Rechnung gestellt.

Rund um Parkplätze und Vorfahrten:
Rund um das Messegelände stehen für die Dauer der
Veranstaltung kostenpflichtige Parkplätze für Pkw, Lkw
sowie Wohnwagen/Wohnmobile zur Verfügung. Für die
Bewirtschaftung der Parkplätze ist im Auftrag des
Veranstalters die Gesellschaft für Verkehrsförderung mbH
(GfV), Messegelände Hannover, zuständig.
Parkplätze können Sie in unserem „Service-Angebot“
bestellen: Mit dem Aussteller-Dauerparkschein erhält man
ein Ausfahrtticket, das zum wiederholten Öffnen der
Ausfahrschranke berechtigt, bis ca. 14 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn
zugeschickt. Danach können Dauerparkscheine
direkt bei der GfV, Bürohaus 6, Europaallee, 1. OG,
abgeholt werden.
Parkscheine, die nicht benötigt werden, können nur bis zum
19. September 2006 (letzter Aufbautag) bei der GfV zurückgegeben
werden.

Für Busse, die von Ausstellern für Mitarbeiter oder
besondere Gäste zum Besuch der IAA eingesetzt werden,
besteht ausreichend Vorfahrmöglichkeit und kostenpflichtige
Parkfläche rund um das Messegelände.

Zusätzliche Räume und Containerstellflächen
auf dem Messegelände – was steht zur
Verfügung?
Für besondere zusätzliche Veranstaltungen, z.B. Konferenzen
oder Firmenpräsentationen besteht die Möglichkeit,
unterschiedlich große Konferenzräume im Convention
Center (CC) anzumieten. Die Konferenzräume können Sie in
unserem „Service-Angebot“ bestellen.

The DMAG charges a fee of € 3.–/m 2 for every hour after
9:00 pm, with a maximum of € 1000.– plus VAT.

About parking lots and driveways:
There are parking spaces for cars, trucks and
trailers/campers available around the exhibition center for
the length of the event which may be purchased separately.
The Gesellschaft für Verkehrsförderung mbH (GfV)
(Society for Traffic Promotion), Messegelände Hannover,
acting on behalf of the organizer, is responsible for the
management of the parking places.
You can order parking places in our “Service Offerings”:
With the exhibitor long-term parking pass, you receive a
gate ticket that enables repeated opening of the gate barrier.
This is sent about 14 days before the event opening.
Long-term parking passes can be picked up later directly at
the GfV, Bürohaus 6, Europaallee, level 1.
Parking passes that are not needed can be returned up to
September 19, 2006 (last setup day) at the GfV.

There is sufficient right-of-way and parking spaces around
the exhibition center for busses that are used by exhibitors
for employees or special guests visiting the IAA.
There is a fee required.

Additional rooms and container storage
spaces at the exhibition center – what is
available?
It is possible to rent various large conference rooms in the
Convention Center (CC) for additional special events, such
as conferences or business presentations. You can order
the conference rooms in our “Services Offered”.
If you have questions on the conference rooms and their
