Verlängerter Abbau ist nicht möglich. Während der Abbauzeit kann von 0.00 Uhr bis 24.00 Uhr gearbeitet werden. Abbauende – wie hinterlasse ich meinen Standplatz? Die Ausstellungsfläche ist vom Aussteller in sauberem Zustand spätestens bis zum Abbauende zurückzugeben. Klebereste, Farbreste u.a. müssen rückstandsfrei entfernt sein. Wurde die Ausstellungsfläche nicht ordnungsgemäß hinterlassen, wird die Deutsche Messe AG im Auftrag des Veranstalters die Reinigung und Wiederherstellung zu Lasten des Ausstellers vornehmen lassen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Ausstellerhaftung für Unfälle und Folgeschäden erst nach ordnungsgemäßer Reinigung und Wiederherstellung endet. Möchten Sie sich vor Ihrer Abreise die ordnungsgemäße Rückgabe schriftlich bestätigen lassen, wenden Sie sich bitte an die jeweilige Halleninspektion. All stands must be dismantled and the material taken away by this point in time. Extended dismantling is not possible. Dismantling can take place 24 hours a day. Dismantling is complete – how do I leave my stand site? The stand area must be handed back in a clean condition by the exhibitor at the latest at the end of the dismantling period. All residues of adhesives, paints etc. must be completely removed. If the stand area is not left in a proper condition, DMAG will have it cleaned and restored to the proper condition on behalf of the organiser to the charge of the exhibitor. Please note that the exhibitor’s liability for accidents and consequential losses only expires once the area has been properly cleaned and restored. If you would like written confirmation that the area has been handed back in compliance with requirements prior to your departure, please contact the relevant hall super-visor. The hall supervisor of Hall 26 is also responsible for the open-air hardstanding. What’s new: Extended dismantling is still only possible in exceptional cases.
