– Sämtliche Leuchten der Zusatzbeleuchtung müssen über
einen besonderen Schalter ein- und ausgeschaltet werden
können.
– Bei Einbau von Leuchten ist für eine ausreichende Beund
Entlüftung zu sorgen.
– Leuchten dürfen nicht an brennbaren Dekorationen angebracht
werden.
Ansprechpartner bei der DMAG für Rückfragen zum Thema
Beleuchtung sind die jeweiligen Technischen Referenten.
Rund um die Elektroversorgung in den Hallen
und auf dem Freigelände:
Das gilt für Stände in den Hallen und auf dem
Freigelände:
Die Elektroinstallation auf dem Stand und der Anschluss
an das Netz der Messe kann im „Service-Angebot“ bestellt
werden. Grundsätzlich sind Elektroanschlüsse in allen
Hallen und im Freigelände möglich. Installationsarbeiten auf
dem Stand dürfen auch durch eigene Fachkräfte des
Ausstellers unter Beachtung der gültigen Vorschriften ausgeführt
werden. Anschlüsse an das Versorgungsnetz sowie
Verlegungen von Leitungen außerhalb des Standes und in
messeeigenen Kanälen und Schächten dürfen nur von den
zugelassenen Hallenelektrikern ausgeführt werden.
Die Inbetriebnahme des Anschlusses erfolgt mit Beginn
der Aufbauzeit. Unmittelbar nach Messeschluss wird mit der
Außerbetriebnahme und Demontage begonnen.
Die Versorgung der Stände erfolgt in der Regel aus den
Versorgungskanälen im Hallenboden. Von dort werden die
Leitungen bis zu dem gewünschten Anschlusspunkt gezogen.
Im Stand erfolgt die Leitungsverlegung grundsätzlich über
Flur. Bitte legen Sie daher dem Bestellformular eine
Grundrissskizze bei, aus der nicht nur die gewünschte
Platzierung der Anschlüsse ersichtlich ist, sondern auch die
Leitungsführung zu den Anschlüssen.
Die Leitungen sind so zu sichern, dass Unfallgefahren für
Personen und Beschädigungen der Leitungen ausgeschlossen
sind. An den Standgrenzen, die nicht Ganggrenzen
sind, gestattet der Aussteller die Überflurverlegung von
Leitungen zur Versorgung Dritter. Die Lage der Versorgungskanäle
ist in den Detailplänen, die der Aussteller mit
der Standbestätigung zugesandt bekommt, erkennbar.
Das müssen Sie bei der Selbstinstallation elektrischer
Anlagen auf Ihrem Stand in der Halle oder im Freigelände
beachten:
– Der Aussteller ist nach Beendigung der Arbeiten vor
Inbetriebnahme verpflichtet, die Anlage dem Hallenelektriker
zur Abnahme zu melden. Die Abnahme ist
kostenpflichtig. Bitte wenden Sie sich dafür und für weitere
Fragen zur Elektroinstallation vor Ort an den zuständigen
Hallenmeister.
– Der Hallenelektriker überprüft die Anlage bei der Abnahme
auf ihren ordnungsgemäßen Zustand nach BGV A3 und
schließt sie an das Netz der Messe an. Wurden die gültigen
Installationsvorschriften nicht beachtet, ist der
Hallenelektriker verpflichtet, den Anschluss des Standes
an das Messeversorgungsnetz zu verweigern.
– Es gelten die Vorschriften des VDE Verband Deutscher
Elektrotechniker, insbesondere VDE 0100 Teil 711 (IEC

adequate air circulation and venting.
– Lights may not be mounted on flammable decorations.

Electrical supply in the halls and on the
open-air site:
The following applies to stands indoors
and outdoors:
The electrical system on the stand and connection to the
exhibition grounds’ circuit can be ordered in the “Services
Offered”. Electrical connections are possible in principle in
all the halls and on the open-air hardstanding. Installation
work on the stand may also be carried out by the exhibitor’s
own tradesmen. The applicable regulations must be
observed. Connections to the supply network and the
laying of cables outside the stand and in the exhibition
grounds’ own ducts and shafts may only be carried out by
authorised hall electricians.
The power supply will be connected at the start of the
stand construction period. Immediately after the show closes
work on disconnecting the supply and disassembling
the stand will begin.
The stands are generally supplied via the service ducts
in the hall floor. Cables are laid from there to the desired
connection point.
On the stand all cables are laid above ground. Please therefore
include a ground plan sketch with the order form
showing not only the desired positioning of the terminal
connections but also the cable routing to the connections.
The cables must be protected such that there is no risk of
personal injury or damage to the cables. The exhibitor permits
the above-ground laying of cables to supply third
parties at stand boundaries which are not aisle boundaries.
The position of the service ducts can be seen in the
detail plans which are sent to the exhibitor with the stand
confirmation.
The following must be observed when carrying out your
own installation of electrical systems on your stand indoors
or on the open-air hardstanding:
– On completion of the work the exhibitor shall notify the hall
electrician that the system is ready for inspection. A fee
is payable for the inspection. In this regard and in the
event of any other queries on the electrical system please
contact the local hall supervisor who can advise you of the
appropriate person to contact.
– In the inspection the hall electrician checks the system for
compliance with trade association regulation BGV A3 and
connects it to the exhibition grounds’ power supply. If the
applicable wiring regulations have not been observed, the
hall electrician is required to refuse to connect the stand
to the exhibition grounds’ supply system.
– The regulations of the VDE, the Assocation of German
Electrotechnical Engineers, especially VDE 0100 Part 711
