Ich will in die Bausubstanz des
Messegeländes eingreifen – was ist möglich?
Hallenteile und technische Einrichtungen dürfen nicht zur
Befestigung von Standbauten und Exponaten genutzt werden,
sie dürfen auch nicht beklebt oder angestrichen
werden.
Liegen Hallenstützen innerhalb Ihrer Standfläche, dürfen
sie bis zur maximal erlaubten Bauhöhe verkleidet werden.
Versorgungseinrichtungen müssen allerdings weiter zugänglich
bleiben. In einer Höhe von mehr als 4,0 m über
dem Hallenboden darf diese Verkleidung in jeder Richtung
höchstens 20 cm über die Kontur der Hallenstütze hinausragen.
Liegt die Hallenstütze an der Standgrenze, dann darf
die Verkleidung nicht über die Standgrenze ragen.
Ist es für Ihren Standbau erforderlich, dass Bohrungen im
Hallenboden hergestellt werden müssen, werden die
Bohrlöcher nach Abbauende durch die DMAG repariert.
In diesem Fall wird in der Halleninspektion an einem der letzten
Abbautage die Anzahl der Bohrlöcher in einem Formular
festgehalten und von Ihnen oder dem Bauleiter bestätigt.
Die Reparaturpauschale beträgt für Beschädigungen des
Hallenbodens aus Gussasphaltplatten 20,– € je Bohrloch.
Die eingebrachten Schwerlastanker, Schrauben oder Bolzen
müssen jedoch vom Aussteller sofort bei der Standdemontage
entfernt werden, da der Aussteller bei Nichtbeachtung
für Folgeschäden haftet.
Im Freigelände ist der Einsatz von Erdnägeln und der
Eingriff in den Geländeboden nur in Ausnahmefällen gestattet.
Um die Standsicherheit Ihres Standaufbaues zu
gewährleisten, sollten Sie Schwerlastpodeste einsetzen. Für
Rückfragen wenden Sie sich bitte an die DMAG.
5. Die Präsentation der Produkte
Werbemaßnahmen dürfen nicht zu Behinderungen und
Störungen auf den Gängen und Nachbarständen führen.
Der Veranstalter kann für alle Aktionen Auflagen im Hinblick
auf die Art und Dauer des Betriebes aussprechen. Er kann
den Betrieb untersagen, wenn der Aussteller den erteilten
Auflagen nicht nachkommt oder die genannten Bedingungen
nicht einhält.
Showveranstaltungen und Präsentationen:
Showveranstaltungen und Produktpräsentationen müssen
in der Baubeschreibung der Standbaugenehmigung dem
Veranstalter angekündigt werden.
Der Einsatz von Nebelmaschinen ist mit dem Veranstalter
abzustimmen. Pyrotechnik ist nicht gestattet.

Die Sicherheitsbestimmungen der Berufsgenossenschaftlichen
Vorschrift „Veranstaltungs- und Produktionsstätten
für szenische Darstellung“ (BGV C1) und
die Versammlungsstättenverordnung sind zu beachten.
Rund um akustische Darbietungen
Der Lautstärkenpegel der Darbietung darf – an den Grenzen
des Ausstellungsstandes gemessen, als Spitzenwert
höchstens 10 dB (A) über dem Geräuschpegel der Um-

I wish to clad or drill into the fabric of the
exhibition grounds – what is possible?
Hall elements and technical equipment may not be used for
the attachment of stand structures and exhibits. Nor may
they be painted or have materials stuck to them.
If hall pillars lie within your stand they may be clad up to
the maximum permitted construction height. However,
access to supply equipment must still be guaranteed. At a
height of more than 4.0 m above the hall floor this cladding
may only extend by a maximum of 20 cm in any direction
beyond the outline of the hall pillar. If the hall pillar is on the
stand boundary, the cladding may not extend beyond the
stand boundary.
If holes have to be drilled in the hall floor to erect your
stand, the holes will be repaired by DMAG once dismantling
is complete.
In this case the number of holes drilled will be recorded on
a form during the hall inspection on one of the last dismantling
days and confirmed by you or the foreman of the stand
construction company. The flat-rate sum for damage to the
cast asphalt tile flooring in the hall is € 20.– per drilled hole.
However, any heavy-duty fixtures, screws or bolts must be
removed by the exhibitor as soon as dismantling of the
stand starts as the exhibitor is liable for consequential
damages in the event of non-compliance.
The use of ground spikes or the drilling of holes into the
ground on the open-air site is only permitted in exceptional
cases. You should use heavy-duty bases to guarantee
the stability of your stand. Please contact DMAG if you have

5. Product presentation
Advertising must not result in any obstructions and hindrances
in aisles and for adjacent stands.
The organizer may impose conditions on the type and duration
of any campaigns or actions. He may prohibit them if
the exhibitor does not comply with the conditions imposed
or specified.
Show events and presentations:
The organizer must be notified in advance in the specification
for the stand construction permit application of any
show events and product presentations.
The use of smoke machines must be discussed with the
organizer. Pyrotechnics are not permitted.
These rules are applicable:
The safety provisions of the trade association
regulation “Event and Production Sites for
Performances” (BGV C1) and the assembly sites
ordinance must be observed.
Acoustic performances
The volume of the performance - measured at the boundaries
of the stand – must not exceed the ambient noise level
by more than 10 dB (A) and must not exceed the peak level
