Wohin mit dem Leergut?
Leergut darf nicht in der Halle, auch nicht auf den
Standflächen, gelagert werden, sondern muss unverzüglich
entfernt werden.
Wenn das Leergut nicht von Ihnen oder Ihrem Messebauer
mitgenommen werden soll, kann das Leergut den zugelassenen
Speditionen zur Einlagerung für die Dauer der
Veranstaltung übergeben werden.
Voll- und Leerguthalle ist die Halle 6.
Unsere Verkehrsordnung:
Um einen reibungslosen Verkehrsablauf während der Aufund
Abbauzeit und der Veranstaltungsdauer gewährleisten
zu können, sind verkehrsordnende und verkehrslenkende
Regeln im Messegelände unbedingt zu beachten. Zu diesem
Zweck werden während der Aufbau- und der
Abbauzeit Ordner eingesetzt, die den Verkehr auf dem
Gelände regeln.
Die Anfahrtswege zu den Hallen, die Bewegungsflächen
und Rettungswege für die Feuerwehr und Rettungsfahrzeuge
müssen ständig freigehalten werden. Rettungswege
während des Auf- und Abbaues und während der
Veranstaltung sind alle Hallengänge und Gänge, die über
die Standflächen verlaufen. Die Lage der Gänge ist aus den
Hallen- und Detailplänen zu erkennen.
Die Türen im Zuge von Rettungswegen müssen von innen
leicht und in voller Breite geöffnet werden können. Die
Ausgangstüren und Notausgänge und deren Hinweiszeichen
dürfen nicht verbaut oder unkenntlich gemacht
werden. Die Gänge in den Hallen dürfen nicht durch abgestellte
oder in den Gang hineinragende Gegenstände eingeengt
werden.
Fahrzeuge und Gegenstände, die auf den Rettungswegen
und den Sicherheitsflächen abgestellt sind, können kostenpflichtig
entfernt werden.

Where do I put empty containers?
Empty containers must not be stored in the hall, not even
on stands. They must be removed without delay.
If the empty containers are not to be removed by you or
your stand construction company, they can be given to
the authorized forwarding agencies to be stored for the
duration of the event.
Hall 6 is designated for the storage of full and empty containers.
Our traffic code:
In order to ensure the smooth running of traffic during the
stand erection and dismantling periods and for the duration
of the event itself it is essential for rules regulating and directing
traffic in the exhibition grounds to be observed. For that
reason stewards will be employed during the erection and
dismantling periods to regulate traffic in the grounds.
Access routes to the halls, turning areas and emergency
routes for the fire service and other emergency service
vehicles must always be kept clear. Escape routes in the
erection and dismantling periods and during the event itself
are all hall aisles and routes which cross stands. The positions
of the aisles are indicated in the hall and detail plans.
It must be possible for doors on escape routes to be opened
easily and to their full width from inside. Exit doors,
emergency exits and signs indicating them must not be
obstructed or rendered unrecognisable. The aisles in the
halls must not be restricted by objects deposited there or
projecting into the aisles.
Vehicles and objects left on escape routes and safety areas
may be removed, with the costs of such actions being charged
to the owner.
