Werbeaussagen auf Standwänden, die sich direkt an der Grenze zum Nachbarstand befinden, dürfen an der dem Nachbarn zugewandten Seite nicht angebracht werden. Es gibt keine Größenbegrenzung von Werbeaussagen auf dem Stand. Der horizontale Einsatz von Logos (z.B. auf Deckensegeln) über der ganzen Standfläche ist gestattet. Welche Abstände von den Standgrenzen sind einzuhalten? In der Halle: Standaufbauten über 1 m bis zu einer Höhe von 4 m (durchsichtig oder undurchsichtig): – dürfen direkt auf alle gemeinsamen Standgrenzen zum Nachbarn gebaut werden. – dürfen direkt auf alle Standgrenzen zum Gang gebaut werden, wenn dabei nicht mehr als 50% der Länge einer Standgrenze bebaut wird. – müssen einen Abstand von 1 m zur Standgrenze zum Gang haben, wenn mehr als 50% der Länge einer Standgrenze bebaut werden soll. – Deckenkonstruktionen dürfen über die gesamte Standfläche gebaut werden. Standaufbauten über einer Höhe von 4 m (durchsichtig oder undurchsichtig): – dürfen in den Hallen 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 27 nur in dem auf dem Hallenplan gekennzeichneten Bereich („Baufenster“) errichtet werden. – müssen in den Hallen 25 und 26 einen Abstand von 3 m zur Standgrenze zum Gang haben. – dürfen direkt auf alle gemeinsamen Standgrenzen zum Nachbarn gebaut werden Der Nachbar muss über die Bauweise informiert werden, die Rückwand ist neutral, einfarbig und sauber zu verkleiden. – Deckenkonstruktionen dürfen über die gesamte Standfläche gebaut werden. Mietet ein Aussteller eine komplette Halle oder einen Pavillon, dann darf er die Abstände der Standaufbauten zu den Hallengängen frei wählen. Show- und Präsentationstrucks sind in der Halle nicht zugelassen. Im Freigelände: Standaufbauten und Trennwände dürfen direkt auf alle Standgrenzen gebaut werden. Standbauten mit einem Rauminhalt über 15 m2 sowie Aufbauten (z.B. Banner, Schilder) mit mehr als 0,5 m2 Ansichtsfläche sind bauerlaubnis- und abnahmepflichtig. Zelte ab 75 m2 und Fliegende Bauten sind abnahmepflichtig. Show- und Präsentationstrucks sind im Freigelände nur mit einer gültigen Ausführungsgenehmigung zugelassen. Bei baulichen Anlagen und Exponate im Freigelände, bei denen nach Lage, Bauort oder Benutzung Blitzschlag leicht eintreten oder zu schweren Folgen führen kann, müssen mit dauernd wirksamen Blitzschutzanlagen versehen werden. Darüber hinaus sind alle Bauten und Exponate über 15 m Höhe mit einer Blitzschutzanlage auszustatten. 20 Advertising on stand walls forming the boundary with the neighbouring stand may not be mounted on the side facing the neighbour. Stand structures above a height of 4 m (transparent or non-transparent): – may only be constructed in the area (“construction window”) designated on the hall plan in Halls 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 27. – must have a distance of 3 m at the stand boundary to the aisle in Halls 25 and 26. – may be built right up to all common stand boundaries to the neighbour (the 3 m gap from the aisle must nevertheless be observed). The neighbour must be advised of the construction method, and the rear wall must be clad such that it is neutral, in one colour and clean. – roof structures may be built across the entire stand area. If an exhibitor rents an entire hall or pavilion, he has complete discretion regarding the gaps between the stand structures and the hall aisles. Show- and presentation trucks are not permitted in the halls. Outdoors: Stand structures and partitions may be built right up to all stand boundaries. Stand constructions with a capacity over 15 m2 as well as superstructures (e.g., banners, markers) with more than 0.5 m2 elevation area are required to have a building license and an inspection. Tents from 75 m2 and flying structures are required to have an inspection. Show and presentation trucks are permitted in the open area only with a valid construction permit. When lightning can easily strike or damage structural installations and exhibits in the open area, depending on position, building location or use, lightning protection systems must be provided that are continuously effective. In addition, all construction and exhibits over 15 m high are to be equipped with a lightning protection system.
Diese Regeln sind gültig: DIN 57185/VDE 0185 Räume mit geschlossenen Decken in Messeständen – was ist wichtig? Geschlossene Decken und Stoffdecken können ohne zusätzliche Brandschutzauflagen bis zu einer Größe von 200 m2 ausgeführt werden. Dabei sind nur Technik-, Regieund Lagerräume mit batteriebetriebenen Rauchmeldern auszustatten. Bei größeren geschlossenen Decken bis maximal 1.000 m2 ist der Stand mit Rauchmeldern (Einzelmelder mit akustischem Alarm), einer Standbewachung und weiteren Feuerlöschern auszustatten. Eine Decke gilt als offen, wenn pro m2 nicht mehr als 50% geschlossen ausgeführt ist. Geschlossene Räume mit mehr als 200 m2 Grundfläche müssen Rauchabzugsanlagen haben, bis 1.000 m2 Grundfläche genügen Rauchabführungen (Öffnungen in der Decke). Rettungswege in Messeständen: Rettungswege sind alle Gänge, die im Notfall von jedem Punkt auf dem Stand zur Evakuierung dienen (notwendige Rettungswege). Fläche des Breite der Kabinentraktes Gänge oder des OGs < 100 90 cm > 100 < 200 90 cm > 200 1,20 m Anzahl der Breite der Personen Gänge < 200 90 cm > 200 > 400 1,20 m + 0,6 m je 100 Pers. Die Rettungsweglänge von jedem Punkt auf einem Stand (auch aus dem Obergeschoss) auf einen Hallengang darf nicht mehr als 20 m betragen. Verläuft ein Hallengang durch eine Standfläche, – muss der Gang markiert werden. Beispiel: Anders farbiger Bodenbelag oder Punkte (Durchmesser 10 cm, im Abstand von 1 m). – ist er stets in voller Breite frei zu halten; weder Standaufbauten (auch keine Türen oder Vorhänge) noch Exponate dürfen darauf plaziert werden. – darf der Gang mit dem Bodenbelag oder Podestboden des Messestandes belegt werden. Bei einem Podestboden ist der Übergang des Ganges an den Standgrenzen als Rampe auszubilden. – Darf der Gang überbaut werden: Die lichte Durchgangshöhe muss mindestens 3,00 m betragen (bei These regulations apply: DIN 57185/VDE 0185 Rooms with closed ceilings on stands – what is important?
