Es ist keine Neuigkeit mehr, dass die Tavolago AG nicht nur zu Wasser,
sondern auch zu Land erfolgreich Gastronomie betreibt. Das Jahr
2009 ist allerdings ein ganz besonderes Jahr, was die Kulinarik mit festem
Boden unter den Füssen betrifft: Die Tavolago übernimmt das gastronomische
Zepter in mehreren Betrieben. So auch im «Luz», dem neuen
See bistro unmittelbar bei der Landungsbrücke 1 in Luzern.
Mit dem «Luz» hat die Tavolago
einen Platz in der ersten
Reihe kreiert: Seit Frühling
2009 erstrahlt das umgebaute
Seebistro im neuen Glanz,
mitten im pulsierenden Stadtgeschehen
und mit einzigartiger
Sicht auf die unverwechselbare
«Skyline» von Luzern.
Doch nicht nur die Toplage
macht das «Luz» zum Platz,
der in der Leuchtenstadt noch
gefehlt hat. Es gibt mehr Gründe,
warum das Luz Seebistro
zum Lieblingslokal vieler werden
könnte: ein freundliches
Lächeln der Mitarbeitenden,

Per Saisonbeginn 2009 übernahm die Tavolago AG sämtliche
Bistros um den Vierwaldstättersee. Nebst dem Luz
See bistro in Luzern sind dies das Bistro Flüelen und das
Bistro Brunnen. Mit der Übernahme der Restaurationsbetriebe
in der SwissLifeArena ist die Tavolago AG ab August
2009 nicht mehr ausschliesslich zu Wasser und zu Land,
sondern auch auf dem Eis tätig. Und als offizieller
Gastronomie partner des neuen Messeplatzes Luzern bietet
Tavolago zukünftig den Messebesuchern eine frische, regionale
und kreative Küche.

Tavolago – Gastronomy ashore
Tavolago is taking over all bistros around Lake Lucerne. This
includes Luz, bistro by the lake, Bistro Flüelen and Bistro
Brunnen. And its responsibility for restaurant operations in
the SwissLifeArena means that from August 2009 Tavolago
AG will not be confined to land and water but will also be
working on the ice. As official gastronomic partner to
Lucerne’s new Messeplatz exhibition site, Tavo lago will be
providing visitors with fresh, local, creative cuisine.
