Conditions and Instructions for Enrolment
1. enrOlMent
Enrolment must be made in writing with the help of our enrolment form.
This form must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the
training course.
Because of the limited number of participants it is advisable to apply in advance.
Upon receipt of your enrolment we will send your a confirmation.
2. payMent
A registration fee of € 50,00 for each of the courses has to be paid along with
the enrolment – except for the “Preparatory Course for the Master’s Examination”,
for wuich a special regulation applies.
The full course fee has to be paid in advance at least 2 weeks prior to the
course commen-cement date.
The already paid registration fee will be taken into account.
3. cOncellatiOn
Concellation on be done by calling or in a written form. A full two-week period
of notice is reqired for concellation of a course. No fees can be refunded
without this period of notice.
4. liaBility
The BUNDESFACHSCHULE accepts no responsibility for accidents and damages
or loss of personal belongings or cars.
The BUNDESFACHSCHULE only accpts liability for criminal negligence. In
the event of can- cellation by the BUNDESFACHSCHULE due to unavoidable
circumstances, the full fee will be refunded.
5. place Of JurisdictiOn
Place of jurisdiction is Hannover/Lower Saxony/Germany.
