4.9.2 Normen und Standards
Stand der Technik von Kleinwindkraftanlagen
Hier ist neben der CENELEC www.cenelec.org insbesondere die International Electrotechnical
Commission (IEC) www.iec.ch hervorzuheben.
The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is a worldwide organization for
standardization comprising all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees).
Das Technical Committee 88 ist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Standards im Windenergietechnologiebereich:
To prepare international standards for wind turbines that convert wind energy into electrical
energy. These standards address design requirements, engineering integrity,
measurement techniques and test procedures. Their purpose is to provide a basis for
design, quality assurance and certification.
The standards are concerned with all subsystems of wind turbines, such as mechanical
and internal electrical systems, support structures and control and protection systems.
They are intended to be used together with appropriate IEC/ISO standards.
Im TC 88 (Quelle: [L 18]) gibt es ein eigenes Maintenance Team, das sich mit Aspekten
exklusiv für Kleinwind beschäftigt: MT2 “Safety of small wind turbines“
International Standard IEC 61400-2 “Design requirements for small wind turbines” has
been prepared by IEC technical committee 88: Wind turbines: ... Deals with safety aspects,
quality assurance, and engineering integrity and specifies requirements for the
safety of small wind turbines including design, installation, maintenance and operation
under specified external conditions. Provides the appropriate level of protection against
damage from hazards from these systems during their planned lifetime.
