5.5.2 Asymmetrische Toleranzzone mit spezifiziertem
Toleranzzonenversatz nach ASME Y14.5-2009
Gemäß ASME Y14.5-2009 wird eine asymmetrische Toleranzzone
mit konstanter Weite und konstantem Versatz mit
dem Spezifikationselement „U“ im Toleranzindikator nach
dem Toleranzwert angekündigt. Dem Spezifikationselement
folgt ein zweiter Zahlenwert, welcher denjenigen Anteil
der Toleranzzone kennzeichnet, der sich außerhalb des
theoretisch exakten Profils befindet.
Ist der auf das Spezifikationselement „U“ folgende Zahlenwert
gleich Null, dann fällt die äußere Grenze der Toleranzzone
mit der (theoretisch exakten) Nenngeometrie zusammen.
Das tolerierte Geometrieelement am gefertigten
Werkstücks kann dann nicht außerhalb des Nennprofils
liegen.
Ist der auf das Spezifikationselement „U“ folgende Zahlenwert
gleich dem Toleranzwert, dann fällt die innere Grenze
mit dem Nennprofil zusammen.
5.5.2 Unequally disposed tolerance zone with specified
offset according to ASME Y14.5-2009
According to ASME Y 14.5-2009 an unequally disposed
tolerance zone with constant width and constand offset is
announced by the specification element "U" behind the tolerance
value within the the tolerance indicator. The specification
element is followed by a second value, indicating
this portion of the tolerance zone, which lies outside the
theoretically exact profile.
If the value following the specification element "U" is equal
to zero, the outer bound of the tolerance zone coincides
with the (theoretically exact) nominal profile. In this case,
the toleranced feature at the manufactured workpiece cannot
lie outside the nominal profile.
If the value following the specification element "U" is equal
to the tolerance value, the inner bound of the tolerance
zone coincides with the nominal profile.
