Die Bezugselemente eines Bezugssystems sind wie folgt
zu tolerieren:
• Primärer Bezug:
Für den primären Bezug wird eine Formtoleranz (hier:
Ebenheit 0,03 mm) spezifiziert, falls die erforderliche
Formtoleranz nicht bereits in einer spezifizierten Allgemeintoleranz,
der Hüllbedingung oder einer bereits vorhandenen
Richtungs-, Orts- oder Lauftoleranz enthalten ist.
• Sekundärer Bezug:
Der sekundäre Bezug erhält eine Richtungs-, Orts- oder
Lauftoleranz bezüglich des primären Bezugs (Rechtwinkligkeit
in nachfolgendem Beispiel). Eine zusätzliche
Formtoleranz muss nur festgelegt werden, falls die
Formabweichung nicht bereits begrenzt ist (z. B. durch
die Richtungs-, Orts- oder Lauftoleranz des sekundären
Bezugs oder durch die Hüllbedingung).
• Tertiärer Bezug:
Der tertiäre Bezug erhält eine Richtungs-, Orts- oder
Lauftoleranz bezüglich des primären und des sekundären
Bezugs (Rechtwinkligkeit in nachfolgendem Beispiel).
The datum features of a datum system are toleranced in
the following way:
• Primary datum:
For the primary datum, a form tolerance is specified, if
the required tolerance is not already contained within a
specified general tolerance, the envelope requirement or
a already existing tolerance of orientation, location or
run-out.
• Secondary datum:
For the secondary datum a tolerance of orientation,
location or run-out is specified with respect to the primary
datum (perpendicularity in the following example).
An additional form tolerance is only necessary, if the deviation
of form is not already limited (e.g. by the specified
tolerance of orientation, location or run-out for the
secondary datum or by the envelope requirement).
• Tertiary datum:
For the teritary datum a tolerance of orientation, location
or run-out is specified with respect to the primary and
the secondary datum (perpendicularity in the following
example).
