Nicht nur die globalen <strong>und</strong> die transnationalen Dimensionen<br />
sind für die Konstitution von Diaspora-<br />
Gemeinschaften bedeutsam, sondern auch die gesellschaftlichen<br />
<strong>und</strong> ökonomischen Milieus, die sozialen<br />
Netzwerke, die staatlichen Politiken <strong>und</strong> die nationalen<br />
<strong>und</strong> regionalen Medien, die konkrete Orte <strong>und</strong><br />
konkrete Kontexte ausmachen. Die Tagung zielt darauf<br />
ab, die Heterogenität <strong>und</strong> die Vielschichtigkeit<br />
der Identitätskonstruk<strong>tionen</strong> von MuslimInnen sowie<br />
ihrer Diaspora-Zusammenhänge sichtbar zu machen.<br />
Auf diese Weise soll ermöglicht werden, hegemoniale<br />
Umgangsformen mit muslimischer Diaspora in<br />
Deutschl<strong>and</strong> sowie <strong>and</strong>eren europäischen Staaten infrage<br />
zu stellen <strong>und</strong> neue Forschungsperspektiven<br />
aufzuzeigen.<br />
