NEUES VOM IMMOBILIENMARKT IN ARIZONA<br />
Jetzt kaufen, nie bereuen!<br />
Was des einen Leid, ist des anderen Freud . Dieses<br />
Sprichwort skizziert sicherlich sehr treffend die Situation<br />
auf dem Immobilienmarkt in Arizona. Die amerikanische<br />
Immobilienkrise hat auch vor dem malerischen Wüstenstaat nicht halt<br />
gemacht und viele attraktive Kaufobjekte überschwemmen derzeit den<br />
Markt. Glücklich der, der derzeit über Eigenkapital, am besten noch in<br />
Euro, verfügen kann.<br />
Dies war auch der Tenor beim Treffen des deutschsprachigen<br />
Geschäftsstammtisches AzBizNetz im März, das dieses Mal bei<br />
Sonoran Lifestyle Real Estate in Fountain Hills stattfand.<br />

informierten die Mitglieder und Gäste über<br />
die derzeit ausgezeichneten Möglichkeiten,<br />
besonders für Euro-Zahler, sich auf dem krisengebeutelten<br />
US-Immobilienmarkt ein<br />
Haus oder eine Wohnung zu kaufen.<br />
Sascha und Rosa Janssen von Sonoran Lifestyle Real Estate haben<br />
sich auf einen sehr vermögenden Kundenkreis spezialisiert. So haben<br />
sie auch zahlreiche Anwesen mit Flugzeug- oder Hubschrauber-<br />
Landeplatz bzw. der passenden Garage dazu im Angebot. Der internationalen<br />
Klientel scheint dies zu gefallen, denn Sascha Janssen kann,<br />
als ausgebildeter Hubschrauberpilot, dem Kunden gleich einen<br />

Dieter Bollman von First Financial Equity erklärte, dass die derzeitig<br />
günstigen Konditionen für Europäer nicht alleine an dem schwachen<br />
Dollarkurs liegen, sondern auch daran, dass man mit nur 30 Prozent<br />
Eigenkapital seinem Traumhaus schon ziemlich nahe ist. Die<br />
Finanzierung ist problemloser in den USA, die Zinsen sind weitaus<br />
geringer als in Deutschland und man benötigt weder einen<br />
Einkommensnachweis noch einen ‚Fico Score’ (amerik. Schufa-<br />
Bericht). Bei den momentan niedrigen Preisen in Arizona, die bis zum<br />
Jahresende angeblich noch weiter rutschen sollen, lohnt es sich derzeit,<br />
hier zuzugreifen.<br />

real estate crisis has not spared the picturesque city in the desert, and<br />

are those who have enough capital, best of all in euros.<br />
This was also the topic at the meeting of Arizona’s <strong>German</strong> language<br />
network group AzBizNetz in March, held this time at the Fountain Hills<br />
location of Sonoran Lifestyle Real Estate.<br />

lower and no proof of income or Fico Score is required. With the current<br />
low in housing prices, which are expected to continue their downward<br />
slide throughout the year in Arizona, it is certainly worthwhile looking<br />
