RULE 195 SUPPLI ES - ACCOUNT FOR. The Chief Surgeon shall cause to be issued all medical supp I ies required by Pol ice Surgeons, squadrol crews, and other police units entitled thereto, and shall account for each issue in a report of supplies received and issued, which is to be submitted monthly to the Commissioner of Poli ce o RULE 196 REPORT - ANNUAL. The Chief Surgeon shall render an annual r e port to the Commiss ioner of Pol ice showing the number of days lost by members and employees by reason of sickness, injury on duty, and ordinary injury. respectively, for the calendar year, and showing the average number of days lost per capita for each such reason, together with such other information as is pertinent or which the Commissioner 01 Police may direct. HUMAN RELATIONS SECTION RULE 197 SUPERVISION, The HUman Relations Section shall be commanded by a member 0 f the department who shall be known as the commanding officer and shall have the immediate supervision and control of all membe rs and employees assigned the rein. eligious, and nationality concentrations, coordinate the department's human reI ations activities and maintain liaison between the department and racial, religious and nationality groups as well as various ci vic and social agenc ie s. RULE 199 RECORDS. The commanding officer shall be responsible for maintaining a complete and current set of records concerning racial, reI i gious and national i ty incidents of which the department is concerned. OPERATIONS SECTION RULE 200 SUPERVISION. The Operations Section shall be commanded by a member who shall be known as the commanding officer and be responsible for the immediate supervision and control of all members and employees assigned therein. He sh all be subject to and report directly to the Director of Personnel. RULE 201 DUTIES. The commanding officer of the Operations Section shall be responsible for the preparation and development of plans, operational programs, tactics, procedures and techni ques. He shall be responsib Ie for designing and developing various charts, maps and graphs and for conducting essential and original research surveys to improve the functional operations of the department.
