RULE 199 RECORDS. The <strong>com</strong>manding officer<br />
shall be responsible for maintaining a <strong>com</strong>plete<br />
and current set of records concerning<br />
racial, reI i gious and national i ty incidents of<br />
which the department is concerned.<br />
OPERATIONS SECTION<br />
RULE 200 SUPERVISION. The Operations Section<br />
shall be <strong>com</strong>manded by a member who shall be<br />
known as the <strong>com</strong>manding officer and be responsible<br />
for the immediate supervision and<br />
control of all members and employees assigned<br />
therein. He sh all be subject to and report<br />
directly to the Director of Personnel.<br />
RULE 201 DUTIES. The <strong>com</strong>manding officer of<br />
the Operations Section shall be responsible<br />
for the preparation and development of plans,<br />
operational programs, tactics, procedures and<br />
techni ques. He shall be responsib Ie for designing<br />
and developing various charts, maps<br />
and graphs and for conducting essential and<br />
original research surveys to improve the<br />
functional operations of the department.<br />
SERVICES AND SUPPLIES DIVISION<br />
RULE 202 SUPERV I SION. The Services and SuppI<br />
ies Di vision shall be <strong>com</strong>manded by a member<br />
or employee who shall be known as the <strong>com</strong>manding<br />
officer and shall have the immediate supervision<br />
and control, subj ect to the orders<br />
of the Deputy to the Commissioner for Staff<br />
Se rv ice s, 0 f all me m b e r s an d em p loy e e s a s <br />
signed to duty therein.<br />
