(F) An individual is not receiving the necessary supports to<br />
address significant safety risks to others, including but not<br />
limited to:<br />
(i) A pattern of physical aggression serious enough to<br />
cause injury;<br />
(ii) Fire-setting behaviors; or<br />
(iii) Sexually aggressive behaviors or a pattern of sexually<br />
inappropriate behaviors.<br />
(b) The Regional Crisis Diversion Program has determined crisis<br />
eligibility according to OAR 411-320-0160.<br />
(c) The individual's ISP has been revised to address the identified<br />
crisis risk factors and the revisions:<br />
(A) May resolve the crisis; and<br />
(B) May not contribute to new or additional crisis risk factors.<br />
(3) CRISIS SUPPORTS.<br />
(a) An ISP <strong>for</strong> an individual in emergent status may authorize shortterm,<br />
out-of-<strong>home</strong>, residential placement. Residential placement does<br />
not exit an individual from support services.<br />
(b) The individual's personal agent must:<br />
(A) Participate <strong>with</strong> the Regional Crisis Diversion Program staff<br />
in ef<strong>for</strong>ts to stabilize supports and return costs to the<br />
individual's benefit level;<br />
(B) Assist <strong>with</strong> the identification of qualified providers who may<br />
be paid in whole or in part using crisis diversion funding except<br />
in the case of short-term, out-of-<strong>home</strong>, residential placements<br />
<strong>with</strong> a licensed or certified provider;<br />
