services under these rules from their natural support system of<br />

relatives, friends, neighbors, or other available sources of<br />

support.<br />

(5) AMOUNT, METHOD, AND SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT.<br />

(a) The brokerage must disburse, or arrange <strong>for</strong> disbursement of,<br />

support services funds to qualified providers on behalf of individuals<br />

up to the amount agreed upon in an authorized ISP. The brokerage is<br />

specifically prohibited from reimbursement of individuals or<br />

individuals' families <strong>for</strong> expenses related to services and from<br />

advancing funds to individuals or individuals' families to obtain<br />

services.<br />

(b) The method and schedule of payment must be specified in written<br />

agreements between the brokerage and the individual or the<br />

individual's legal representative.<br />

(6) TYPES OF SUPPORTS PURCHASED. <strong>Support</strong>s eligible <strong>for</strong> purchase<br />

<strong>with</strong> support services funds are:<br />

(a) Chore services. Chore services may be provided only in situations<br />

where no one else in the household is capable of either per<strong>for</strong>ming or<br />

paying <strong>for</strong> the services and no other relative, caregiver, landlord,<br />

community, volunteer agency, or third-party payer is capable of or<br />

responsible <strong>for</strong> providing these services;<br />

(b) Community living and inclusion supports;<br />

(c) Environmental accessibility adaptation;<br />

(d) Family training;<br />

(A) Family training must be provided:<br />

(i) By licensed psychologists, medical professionals,<br />

clinical social workers, or counselors as described in OAR<br />

411-340-0160(9); or<br />
