(B) Combined support services funds cannot be used to<br />
purchase existing, or create new, comprehensive services;<br />
(C) Individual support expenses must be separately projected,<br />
tracked, and expensed, including separate contracts,<br />
employment agreements, and timekeeping <strong>for</strong> staff working<br />
<strong>with</strong> more than one individual;<br />
(D) A provider organization resulting from the combined<br />
arrangements <strong>for</strong> community living and inclusion supports or<br />
supported employment services must be certified according to<br />
these rules; and<br />
(E) Combined arrangements <strong>for</strong> residential supports must<br />
include a plan <strong>for</strong> maintaining an individual at <strong>home</strong> after the<br />
loss of roommates.<br />
(b) In a manner consistent <strong>with</strong> positive behavioral theory and<br />
practice and where behavior intervention is not undertaken unless the<br />
behavior:<br />
(A) Represents a risk to health and safety of the individual or<br />
others;<br />
(B) Is likely to continue and become more serious over time;<br />
(C) Interferes <strong>with</strong> community participation;<br />
(D) Results in damage to property; or<br />
(E) Interferes <strong>with</strong> learning, socializing, or vocation.<br />
(c) In accordance <strong>with</strong> applicable state and federal wage and hour<br />
regulations in the case of personal services, training, and supervision;<br />
(d) In accordance <strong>with</strong> applicable state or local building codes in the<br />
case of environmental accessibility adaptations to the <strong>home</strong>;<br />
