Project Management and Full Design Team Services
This is a national Framework consisting of twelve Project
Management led supply chains, which enable Public
Sector customers to avoid costly and lengthy OJEU
procedures and improve value for money and efficiency. As
part of the Efficiency and Reform Group within the Cabinet
Office, the Government Procurement Service’s purpose is
to maximise procurement efficiency and value for money
by harnessing the public sector’s purchasing power.
By using the collective buying power of the public sector
and by benchmarking the Project Management and Full
Design Team services against other external offers, the
Framework already has access to the best quality and
most competitive deals.
Each year billions of pounds are spent on public sector
building projects. The new Project Management and Full
Design Team Services Framework Agreement provides

Agreement is believed to be the only one of its kind with
this level of accessibility.
