Recent Modifications In January 2002, the Department <strong>of</strong> Community Affairs granted an extension to the build out date to December 30, 2007. The annual monitoring report required for transportation is<br />
no longer necessary because the effect <strong>of</strong> the construction <strong>of</strong> the Midpoint Bridge has been to divert and significantly reduce the traffic at the intersection <strong>of</strong> College Parkway and<br />
Summerlin Road.<br />
