The Sun City Fort Myers Development is to be constructed on property which was formerly within the Gateway Community DRI (see ID #53). The application process involved the<br />
partial abandonement <strong>of</strong> the Sun City property from Gateway. Approved in 2000, Sun City sales facility is located on Colonial Boulevard. Treeline boulevard is now paved.<br />
No substantial changes in the plan <strong>of</strong> development have occurred this year or are planned for next year.<br />
