Recent Modifications This development is the second substantial deviation to the Timberland & Tiburon DRI (IDs #63 and 150). On September 16, 2002, the Lee County Board <strong>of</strong> County Commissioners<br />
adopted the seventh amendment to the DO. This amendment includes the following changes: Added a 126.7 acre tract <strong>of</strong> land, changed approved uses amounts, and added<br />
language regarding management <strong>of</strong> the DRI DO.<br />
